1. Who is the administrator of INBOX24?

The administrator of the inbox is a person representing the lessee of the Inbox24 device.

2. How to put the INBOX24 application on your phone?
3. What data do you provide to the INBOX24 administrator?

You provide the login, full name, e-mail address, and telephone number. These are the data necessary for verification and identification. This data is stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. Can I use other Inbox24 as a user?

Yes, provided that the administrators assign you to other locations.

5. As a user, can I transfer shipment collection to another person?

Yes. Once for each shipment.

6. As a courier, can I leave a parcel to any recipient?

No. Only to those assigned to the Inbox24 machine who initiated consent to leave the parcel or decided to redirect it.

7. Can a courier or a third party deliver or collect the user's shipment?

Yes, anyone who receives a delivery approval from the user can do this.

8. Why is the message with a code so important?

The code is necessary to identify your shipment by the courier who is to collect the one. If the courier does not have it, they will not be able to pick up the parcel.

9. How to protect the shipping code?

By copying it to the waybill and to the additional file accordingly to the instruction.
